Nature of Business

Stocklution Research Analytics is engaged in the business of providing equity research and analysis to subscribers on a paid subscription basis. Research is published in the form of reports, model portfolio, and market commentary. The firm does not provide personalised investment advice.

Fee Structure & Payment

Subscription fees are charged in advance as per the plan selected by the subscriber. The maximum fee chargeable by a SEBI Registered Research Analyst is Rs. 1,51,000 per annum per family (as prescribed by SEBI). All fees are payable exclusively through authorised banking channels (net banking, UPI, debit/credit card). Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

Conflicts of Interest

The Research Analyst or his relatives may hold securities covered in research reports. Where such holding exists, it is disclosed in the relevant report. The Research Analyst does not have any other material conflict of interest at the time of publication of this disclosure.

Research Compensation

The Research Analyst receives compensation exclusively from subscription fees paid by subscribers. No compensation is received from the companies covered in research reports, their management, promoters, or any third party in connection with specific research recommendations.

Shareholding Disclosure
